Why work with a VIRANIX partner?
The durability of stone carpet and waterproofing depends on how they are installed. Our partners know the VIRANIX systems and know which layer build-up is right for each job.
Every one of our partners has earned a VIRANIX Academy certificate and passed a qualification exam. Only those we have approved ourselves can become partners.
Partners work according to the VIRANIX layer build-up, material consumption and curing times. Durability depends on it.

Partners build the entire layer build-up with VIRANIX materials, from primer to sealing, with the right accessories.
What to look for when choosing an installer
- Do they inspect and measure the substrate? Moisture and rising ground moisture decide whether a 1K or a 2K PRO system is needed.
- Do they specify the layer build-up in the quote? Primer, stone carpet, layer thickness and sealing, item by item.
- Do they know what goes on old tiles? Matting the tiles, BETOGRIP with quartz sand, then TERRALOCK 1K.
- Do they include the sealing? 1K stone carpet always gets a PRIMECOAT 2K topcoat – PRIMECOAT 2K PRO for vehicle traffic.
- Do they recommend the right thickness for a driveway? Medium grain at 6–8 mm, or the 2K PRO system on surfaces laid on the ground.
- Do they hold a VIRANIX Academy certificate? Ask to see it and check which units they have completed.

Commitments regarding the installation work are given by the contractor doing the job: ask for them in writing, together with the quote.
VIRANIX provides technical support for substrate assessment, layer build-up and material requirement. The durability of the finished surface depends on the substrate, adherence to the layer build-up and the quality of installation.

How does an installer get onto the map?
Only partners certified at the VIRANIX Academy and approved by us are listed here. They enter their contact details themselves in the Academy and decide whether to appear on the map.
Who gives a quote for the job?
The installer partner quotes for the labor. You can buy the materials in the webshop or request a quote for them from us on the quote request page.
What warranty applies to the work?
VIRANIX products are covered by the statutory warranty for defects. Commitments regarding the installation work are given by the contractor doing the job: ask for them in writing, together with the quote.
How much material do I need for the job?
The material calculator puts together the correct layer build-up based on the surface type and size, with current webshop prices.

Does the partnership cost anything?
No, the partner program is free. Partner tiers cannot be bought: they are earned through knowledge and completed jobs, subject to VIRANIX approval.
Do I need a registered business?
Yes. The partner program is for installers and professionals working with a registered business.
What counts as a documented job?
A job done with VIRANIX materials, with photos, location and the installed layer build-up, approved by VIRANIX. You can log jobs in the Academy’s Partner program menu, and every accepted job earns 100 VIRANIX points.
Where do I start?

About stone carpet
What is VIRANIX stone carpet?
A surface covering made of natural stone grains and binder, available in two systems. 1K stone carpet is factory pre-mixed and water-based – it only needs to be stirred thoroughly before use. 2K PRO stone carpet is made on site from marble aggregate and a two-component polyurethane binder; it is an open-pored, water-permeable surface.

1K stone carpet: 2–4 mm on walls and plinths, 4–6 mm for foot traffic, 6–8 mm with medium grain for vehicle traffic. 2K PRO stone carpet is at least 8 mm thick.
Is a primer needed?
Yes, always. 1K stone carpet goes on TERRALOCK 1K; on old tiles, matt the tiles first and apply BETOGRIP with quartz sand. 2K PRO goes on a PU primer – or, where ground or substrate moisture is suspected, on VAPOGRIP EP 2K water-based epoxy primer.
Is sealing needed?
1K stone carpet always gets two thin coats of PRIMECOAT 2K topcoat – PRIMECOAT 2K PRO for vehicle traffic. The 2K PRO PU topcoat is optional; it adds extra protection and makes cleaning easier.
Is it suitable for vehicle traffic?
Yes, with the right layer build-up. The 1K system needs medium grain, 6–8 mm and a PRIMECOAT 2K PRO topcoat; fine grain is not suitable for vehicle traffic. For driveways laid on the ground, use the 2K PRO system.
How many colors are available?
1K stone carpet comes in 24 colors, in fine and medium grain. 2K PRO marble aggregate is available in several colors, with 2–4 and 3–5 mm grain. Not sure? Order a color sample in the webshop.
