POLYURETHANE WATERPROOFING
One-component, UV-resistant liquid waterproofing membrane
Once cured, it forms a continuous, elastic membrane that follows small movements of the structure and bridges hairline cracks. No mixing of components – simply stir thoroughly and apply directly.

KEY PROPERTIES
One-component
Ready to use after stirring – no component mixing, so no mixing errors.
Reduced UV yellowing
Aliphatic formulation, developed for outdoor use.
Crack-bridging
Remains closed over static hairline cracks up to 2 mm.
Acid-resistant
Forms a surface resistant to various acids.
Suitable under underfloor heating
Withstands wide temperature fluctuations over the long term.
Can be reinforced with fabric
Increased mechanical protection with glass-fiber reinforcement fabric.
MATERIAL CONSUMPTION
Indoor wet rooms
Bathroom, shower, kitchen
2 coats · 1.50 kg/m² · approx. 3.3 m² per 5 kg bucket
Balcony, terrace, loggia
Outdoor walkable surfaces
2–3 coats · 1.75 kg/m² · approx. 2.8 m² per 5 kg bucket
Flat roof, pool
Heavy-duty use, permanent water exposure
3 coats · 2.00 kg/m² · approx. 2.5 m² per 5 kg bucket
Figures apply to flat surfaces and are for guidance only. On absorbent or uneven substrates consumption may differ — we recommend planning with an allowance of approx. 10%.
AREAS OF USE
Flat roofs and green roofs · Balconies, terraces, loggias · Foundation walls and plinths · Bathrooms, toilets, showers, kitchens · Pools, water reservoirs, irrigation channels · Substrates with underfloor heating · Expansion joint details · Bridges, viaducts, tunnels · Metal, concrete, artificial stone, wood and cork surfaces
APPLICATION STEP BY STEP
1
Surface preparation
The substrate must be clean, dry and free of grease and oil. Loose, flaking parts must be removed and damaged surfaces repaired beforehand.
2
Priming
The type of primer depends on the moisture condition of the substrate. On dry surfaces use the PU primer for dry substrates; on slightly damp surfaces the moisture-tolerant version is the right choice.
3
Corner reinforcement
At wall–floor junctions and over cracks, we recommend embedding a corner reinforcement tape into the first, still-fresh coat.
4
Application
After thorough stirring, apply with a roller, brush, squeegee or spray gun. At least 2 coats, applied crosswise. The first coat is touch-dry in approx. 4 hours (at 20 °C).
5
Drying
Fully dry after approx. 24 hours (at 20 °C), full chemical resistance after approx. 7 days. Times may vary depending on temperature and humidity.

IMPORTANT
The product cures with the moisture in the air, so the contents of opened packaging should be used as soon as possible. Do not apply below +5 °C or in wet weather; after application, protect the surface from rain and frost for approx. 24 hours. The product does not replace structural repair: cracked, loose or crumbling substrates must be repaired beforehand. At moving, structural joints an expansion joint tape must be installed — do not fill the product into the joint on its own.
Wear protective gloves, eye protection and a mask when working. In case of contact with skin or eyes, wash off immediately with plenty of water and soap; if swallowed, seek medical advice. Keep out of the reach of children. Detailed information is available in the safety data sheet (SDS).
